The reunion has a different release time
Netflix lists the regular Wednesday batches at 3 a.m. Eastern / midnight Pacific. The reunion is scheduled for November 8 at 9 p.m. Eastern / 6 p.m. Pacific. That evening release can fall on the following calendar day in other time zones, so international viewers should check the equivalent local time.
What is different this season?
Nick and Vanessa Lachey return as hosts, with the dating experiment focusing on singles from Boston. The format again moves from conversations in the pods to engagements and life outside them.
How to follow without spoilers
Our viewing advice: use the episode numbers as your stopping point when reading recaps. A headline about a couple’s current relationship status may go beyond the episodes you have watched. If you prefer to watch the main season in one stretch, November 4 is the date to note; the reunion is a separate follow-up.
This guide covers the schedule, not the couples’ outcomes. Dates were checked on October 17, 2026.
